Gallery Exhibits
Elgin Community College houses three fine arts galleries throughout the college and a permanent art collection displayed around campus. Parking and admission to all galleries are free.
Safety-Kleen Gallery One
As a premier exhibition space in Chicago’s northwest suburbs, Safety-Kleen Gallery One presents a diverse range of provocative work by international, national, and regional artists, such as Edward Burtynsky, Enrique Chagoya, Brian Dettmer, William Kentridge, Terry Evans, Zeke Berman, Barbara Crane, Tom Lowly, Diane Simpson, Jay Strommen, and Hubertus von der Goltz.
E. Max Von Isser Gallery of Art
Featuring professional artists and student work in a variety of media.
Location: Building H, Arts Center
Hours: Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Parking: Park in Lot H (red lot). Enter the college through the lobby of Building H
John R. Grady Gallery of Photographic Arts
Reflecting and exploring current trends in photographic image-making.
Location: Building H, Arts Center
Hours: Monday - Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Parking: Park in Lot H (red lot). Enter the college through the lobby of Building H
