  • Tuition Payment Due Date

    7 p.m. CST must pay all tuition to avoid being dropped for non-payment. The system begins processing drops at 7 p.m. exactly.

    • Spring 2025: January 3, 2025
  • Payment Plans for Late Enrollees

    Last day plan available. 

    If you register on or after the tuition due date for the term, your payment is due the next calendar day before 7 pm. Payment plans are made available through the dates below to accommodate students who enroll in classes that are late starting.

    • Summer 2024: June 24, 2024
    • Fall 2024: September 23, 2024
    • Spring 2025: February 18, 2025
  • Refund Checks

    Students who do not have financial aid can call Student Accounts at 847-214-7380 to request a refund sooner. After the date is listed, refunds are mailed weekly on Fridays (Thursdays in the summer term).

  • Drop Dates By Section

    Last day to academically withdraw from classes.

  • FAFSA Priority Date

    The priority date for submitting FAFSA & required paperwork to ECC. If your financial aid file is completed by this date, your financial aid will be processed by the tuition due date, and you will not need to set up a payment plan.

    • Fall 2024: July 1, 2024
    • Spring 2025: November 1, 2024
  • Financial Aid Deadline

    To receive financial aid, and if otherwise eligible, your financial aid file must be complete, and all required and requested paperwork must be submitted on or before this date. No updates, changes, or financial assistance processing will occur after this date for the 2024-2025 award year.

    • Summer 2024: May 14, 2025
    • Fall 2024: May 14, 2025

  • Financial Aid Excess Checks

    Financial aid money is left over from your financial aid package for eligible students. Loan students must be in 6 credit hours. Checks will be mailed on the dates below and must be cashed within 90 days. ECC is required to send all uncashed checks back to the Department of Education.

  • Graduation

    All ceremonies occur in the ECC Events Center, Building J.

    • Spring 2024: May 18, 2024

  • Grades

    Grades are due by 4 pm.
